For PDF to Word Converter & JPG (iOS and Android)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a license agreement between you and Kimbytes ("we", "us"), the developer of PDF to Word Converter & JPG ("the App"). They are concluded between you and Kimbytes only, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. We, not Apple or Google, are solely responsible for the App and its content. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App converts, compresses and extracts files on your device and, for some formats, through our conversion server. Conversion quality depends on the source file; some layouts, fonts or scanned pages may not convert perfectly. Keep your original files.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices or Android devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions or the Google Play Terms of Service, including use by other accounts linked to you through Family Sharing where available. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense or reverse-engineer the App, or use it in any way not permitted by these Terms, except where the law allows it.
Core tools are available without payment. Server-based conversions are limited per day for free users and may add a small footer to the result. Pro removes those limits and the footer. Pro is offered as a one-time lifetime purchase or as an auto-renewable monthly subscription, purchased through Apple on iOS or Google Play on Android. Prices are shown in the App before purchase.
iOS subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Android subscriptions. Subscriptions purchased through Google Play renew automatically unless cancelled. Manage or cancel them in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Cancel before a free trial ends to avoid its paid renewal. Prices, billing periods and any trial eligibility are shown before purchase. Google Play handles billing and refunds under its policies. Lifetime purchases are one-time payments and do not renew.
You may only convert files you have the right to use. Do not use the App to process unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, or to attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may limit or suspend access that abuses the service (for example, automated bulk uploads).
When using the App you must also comply with any applicable third-party terms, for example your mobile data provider's agreement.
You keep all rights to your files. Files sent to the conversion server are processed only to return the converted result and are deleted immediately afterwards, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. If you obtained the App from the App Store and it fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App; any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are our responsibility, not Apple's.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kimbytes is not liable for any loss of data, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We, not Apple or Google, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the App or your possession or use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.
The App, its design and its content are owned by Kimbytes and its licensors. If a third party claims that the App or your possession and use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of that claim.
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that the U.S. Government has designated a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
We may update the App or these Terms; the effective date above will change when we do. We may discontinue server features with reasonable notice. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. These Terms end automatically if you breach them.
Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content. You and we acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and that, once you accept them, Apple has the right, and is deemed to have accepted the right, to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary. Purchases through the App Store are also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
