By downloading, installing, or using Viral AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Viral AI is a content creation tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate text and visual content for social media, including quotes, captions, carousels, photo quotes, and hashtags.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your device's account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Content Ownership

• Content you create using the App belongs to you. You are free to use, share, and publish it.
• You are solely responsible for the content you create and how you use it.
• We do not claim ownership of any content generated through the App.

5. AI-Generated Content

• Content is generated by third-party AI services (OpenAI, Google Gemini, xAI). Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate, unique, or error-free.
• You should review all generated content before publishing.
• We are not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.
