By downloading, installing, or using PPTMaker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2 Description of Service

PPTMaker is an AI-powered presentation generator that allows users to:

• Create presentation outlines using artificial intelligence
• Edit and customize presentation content
• Generate PowerPoint (.pptx) files
• Export and share presentations

3 User Accounts and Subscriptions

The App offers both free and premium subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Limited number of presentation and outline generations
• Premium Subscription: Unlimited generations and access to all features

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.

4 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PPTMaker to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the App
• Use automated systems to abuse the service
• Share your account credentials with others

5 Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by KimBytes and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you create using the App. However, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the service.

6 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or completeness. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before use.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KimBytes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8 Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

9 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
